Escape the chill and settle in for an evening of delicious food, exquisite wine and good company. An intimate family-style dining experience filled with seasonal produce, dished up by award-winning chef, our friend Rob from Rubino's Kitchen.

- Selection of Canapés with a nod to Burns Night
- Cauliflower, Butterbean, Leek Garlic Dressing
- Smoked Haddock Risotto, Leek, Poached Egg
- Venison Pappardelle, Wild Mushrooms, Truffle
- Tirami-choux, Mascarpone Sorbet, paired with a wee dram of Whisky
