Neither Bailey Hills Estates nor D Ford Ltd shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat or preparation for war, armed conflict, fire, explosion, governmental action, strikes, lock‑outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of D Ford Ltd or any other party), or interruption or failure of utility service.
2. Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or amend your order up to 24 hours after placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@baileyhills.co.uk.
For wine tasting events or vineyard tours, changes or cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
3. Delivery
We offer delivery across mainland UK.
Delivery Times:
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. During peak seasons or special releases, delivery may take longer.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery Conditions:
All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to withhold delivery if age verification is not possible.
4. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless there is a quality issue.

7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Complaints Procedure
If you have any complaint about our products or services, please raise it via email to hello@baileyhills.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and to resolve them within 15 working days. 8. Competitions
1. The prize draw is run by Bailey Hills Estates Ltd.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
3. To enter, participants must sign up to the Bailey Hills Estates newsletter before midnight on the date of the summer fayre, by entering their name and email address at www.baileyhills.co.uk. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. The winner will receive 2 tickets to a Bailey Hills Estates vineyard tour. The tour will consist of a guided tour of the vineyard, followed by a tasting flight. The tour & tasting must take place during opening hours. The tour is not private and may be part of a group. The prize is valid until October 2026, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. Bailey Hills Estates reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control prevent the prize from being fulfilled.
5. The winner will be selected at random and notified via email by the end of July 2026. If the winner does not respond within two weeks, a new winner may be selected.
6. Any personal data provided will be used for administering the prize draw and for on-going newsletter communications. Data will not be shared with third parties. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

3. To enter, participants must comment 'SUMMER' and tag a friend on the social media post during the competition period. Multiple entries are permitted. Each valid comment and tag counts as one entry. Automated, bulk or spam entries will not be accepted.
4. One winner will receive a pair of tickets to a vineyard tour & tasting, followed by cheese & charcuterie board to share. The tour & tasting must take place during opening hours. The tour may not be private and may be part of a group. The prize is valid until October 2026, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. Bailey Hills Estates reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control prevent the prize from being fulfilled.
5. The winner will be selected at random and notified via social media direct message by the end of April 2026. If the winner does not respond within two weeks, a new winner may be selected.
