Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply curious to explore, Bailey Hills Estates is the perfect location to sit back and enjoy a glass of Premium English Sparkling Wine. Located directly beside the vineyard, the floor to ceiling glass windows in our Tasting Room, and beautiful outdoor Terrace give you the feeling of sipping right among the vines.

During the Spring & Summer months, tickets are available for vineyard tours and tastings where you'll witness the craft of creating Bailey Hills from grape to bottle. Throughout the colder months, while the vineyard takes a well-earned rest after harvest, we open our cellar door for weekend daytime tastings and purchases, whilst reserving our evenings for special events and private hire.

Whilst we welcome walk-ins during our opening hours, tickets for our special events must be booked in advance.

Vineyard Tour

During the Spring & Summer months, we offer Vineyard Tours. Our vineyard tours begin with a guided stroll among the vines, where you'll learn about the unique terroir and dedication behind our grape-growing process. Next, step into the winery to witness first-hand the meticulous craftmanship that transforms grapes into our elegant wines. Along the way we'll share our story and all the passion that goes into our wine-making. The tour concludes with a curated tasting where you can enjoy the opportunity to savour and compare flavours. And if you're not ready to leave, our tasting room is open for you to continue to relax & enjoy our wines.

Flight Tasting

We are delighted to offer flight tastings throughout the year. Without the need for prior booking, you can leisurely sample our three Premium English Sparkling Wines with expert guidance from our team. Once you've found your favourite, you'll be welcome to purchase a bottle to enjoy on-site. To accompany out wine, we also have cheese & charcuterie boards available to purchase, supplied by our local friends at The Cheese Plate in Buntingford.
