An intimate dining experience that brings together exceptional food, beautiful wines, and the people behind them.

Alongside a bespoke menu from our favourite chef, Rob Horton, we’re welcoming Lucas Trossen, a 10th‑generation winemaker from the Mosel, Germany. Lucas took over his family estate - Gerhard Trossen - in 2023, and is now regarded as an up & coming winemaker, blending old world traditions with new wave thinking, to create spectacular wines... he also happens to be one of Sam's (our Head Winemaker) best friends!

The evening will begin with canapés paired with a glass of Gerhard Trossen's traditional method sparkling Riesling, followed by a three‑course meal. Each course will be thoughtfully matched with one of Lucas’ favourite wines. You can expect guided tasting notes, the story behind the iconic Mosel region they're from, and of course how each wine's flavours elevate the dish they accompany.
