Settle in for a deliciously indulgent evening as you’re guided through a curated selection of exceptional cheeses, each thoughtfully paired with wines that bring out their very best.

TIME: 7pm - 9.30pm
Led by our good friend Toby from The Cheese Plate in Buntingford, you’ll explore the taste, texture and character of six standout cheeses, discovering how each one transforms when enjoyed alongside fantastic wines. Expect a relaxed, interactive session full of flavour & fun.
You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Bailey Hills English Sparkling before settling in for a memorable tasting experience, complete with generous portions of cheese to ensure no one leaves hungry.
