Fashion & Fizz: A Sparkling Catwalk Event at Bailey Hills Estates

On Thursday 19th March, Bailey Hills Estates welcomed guests for an unforgettable evening of fashion, fundraising, and English sparkling wine at our first-ever Fashion & Fizz event. Hosted in our beautiful tasting room, the night brought together style, community spirit, and a shared commitment to supporting Grove Cottage, a much loved local charity providing social and educational activities for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

More than 60 guests arrived to a chilled glass of our Classic Cuvée 2021, setting the tone for a sparkling evening. The tasting room was transformed into a runway as guests enjoyed four catwalk shows curated by The Menopause Stylist, featuring handpicked looks from three independent Bishop’s Stortford fashion boutiques.

Our models - an inspiring mix of friends, family, and Grove Cottage members, brought energy, confidence, and plenty of personality to the catwalk, making the evening feel truly special.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, donated, and supported the event, we raised an incredible £4299 for Grove Cottage.

Events like this are only possible with the support of our wonderful local community. We’re grateful to everyone who helped make Fashion & Fizz such a success:

Primary Sponsor: Rayden Solicitors

Catering: Host Catering

Host & Catwalk Curator: Claire Causton, The Menopause Stylist

Photographer: Rekha Damhar

Videographer: Erin McNulty, Hammond & Smith

Fashion Retailers: Almamia / Maison de Scarlett / Goddards

Fashion & Fizz was a celebration of everything we value at Bailey Hills Estates - community, creativity, and the joy of sharing great wine in a beautiful setting. We’re already looking forward to hosting more unique vineyard events that bring people together and shine a light on the incredible independent organisations in our region.
